TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the Bitcoin Hunt, you accept and agree to be bound by these competition Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). In addition, the general site Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and General Rules also apply (available on Sportsbetio.uk). In the event of any discrepancies, the competition Terms & Conditions will prevail.
This competition is promoted by TGP Europe Ltd (“The promotor”) & these Terms & Conditions are for the purpose of Sportsbetio.uk players on behalf of Sportsbet.io (“The Organiser”).

  • Eligibility
  • Entry & Selection Process
    • To enter the competition, entrants must follow the instructions provided in each round of the competition. Details of how to enter each round will be provided once the QR code is scanned during Round 1.
    • Each Round must be completed on a compatible mobile device. It will state whether your device is compatible or not.
    • Entries can be gained in each round by meeting the criteria and before the closing date for each round as specified.
      • i. Completing Round 1 by scanning the QR code and filling out the entry form before 14th March 2022 08:59 GMT gains one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
      • ii. Completing Round 2 by completing the blockchain game with a score of 35,000 points or more and filling out the form between 14th March 2022 09:00 GMT & 4th April 2022 08:59 BST gains one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
      • iii. Each correct answer in Round 3 between 4th April 2022 09:00 BST & 11th April 2022 08:59 BST gains one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. The form for submitting each answer updates at 00:00 BST each day and there is no limit on the number of entries you can gain.
    • The Prize Draw will take place at random after the conclusion of Round 3.
    • Finalists will be notified prior to Southampton vs Crystal Palace on 30th April 2022 via the contact details provided during the competition. By providing your details, you give the organiser or the promotor permission to contact you via these methods.
    • The organiser reserves the right to withdraw any finalist or offer any prize to the next eligible entrant if:
      • i. Finalists cannot be contacted or fail to communicate the acceptance of their prize to the organiser within 72 hours of contact. All correspondence would be from the organiser. Correspondence to Sportsbetio.uk or the promoter will not guarantee acceptance of the prize.
      • ii. Finalists are unable to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
    • Multiple entries are not permitted. Multiple entries include persons with the same details such name, address, email address, shared computer & IP address.
    • The organiser & the promoter reserve the right to cancel an entry, terminate any account, suspend players from participating in future competitions and withhold promotional benefits if:
      • i. Entrants are deemed to be in breach of these Terms or general site Terms.
      • ii. Entrants are deemed to have multiple accounts.
      • iii. Entrants provide false details to gain entry.
      • iv. Entrants attempt to defraud the organiser or promotor.
    • The organisers & the promoter’s decision regarding cancellation or refusal of entries is final.
  • The Prize
    • TEN (10) Finalists will be selected to attend Southampton vs Crystal Palace on 30th April 2022. Further details of attendance will be provided during the acceptance process. Entrants must be able to attend this fixture in order to be eligible for the main prize.
    • The main prize is ONE (1) Bitcoin. Finalists who attend Southampton vs Crystal Palace on 30th April 2022 will be provided with the details of the final competition on the day of the fixture. The entrant who completes the criteria of the final competition will be classified as the winner.
    • The prize is subject to these Terms & Conditions, and any further regulations relating to the use of the prize, which may include applicable venue regulations. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with all applicable Terms & Conditions and regulations.
    • No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. Prizes are non‐refundable and non-transferable.
    • Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value without giving notice.
    • The finalists will be responsible for expenses and arrangements not specified in the competition. This may include travel, accommodation & any necessary travel documents, passports, insurance and Visa’s.
    • The organiser and the promoter reserve the right at their sole discretion to withhold delivery of the prize until proof of eligibility, age and/or identity requested by the organiser, Sportsbetio.uk and/or the promoter has been confirmed. If such proof is not produced on request, the organiser, Sportsbetio.uk and/or the promoter may disqualify the entrant from the competition, as well as future competitions and promotions of any kind.
    • The finalists and winner are responsible for ensuring they can accept the prizes as set out and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. In the event they are unable to do so the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize or offer it to the next eligible entrant.
    • The winner of the Bitcoin will be provided with instructions of how to accept and receive the Bitcoin prize after the conclusion of the competition.
    • Bitcoin, as well as all Cryptocurrencies, can be highly volatile. Once accepted, please be aware of the risks involved when trading cryptocurrency.
  • General
    • The organiser may transfer your personal data, such as your name and contact details, to third parties for the purpose of providing the prizes and/or services offered in the competition.
    • Any entrant must comply with any directions given to them by the organiser and/or the Promoter including but not limited to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
    • Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the competition in a manner, which in the organiser and/or the Promoter’s determination, is contrary to these Terms & Conditions or is unfair, fraudulent or unjust to other entrants or is otherwise not in the spirit of the competitions (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the competition, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants) may be rejected from the competition at the organisers and/or the Promoter’s discretion.
    • The organiser and/or the Promoter may cancel or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice and for any reason, including (without limitation) in the case of a manifest error. Any changes will be posted within these Terms & Conditions.
    • Neither the organiser or the Promoter will be liable to you for any loss that is not foreseeable, and both the organiser and the Promoter exclude their liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
    • You agree to reimburse the organiser and/or the Promoter in respect of any damages suffered by the organiser and/or the Promoter or any losses by the organiser and/or the Promoter resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your entry to the competition, your use of the services relating to the competition in breach of the Terms & Conditions or from your violating of any applicable law or regulation.
    • The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms & Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
    • These Terms & Conditions may be published in several languages for informational purposes and ease of access by players. These Terms & Conditions have been adapted by TGP Europe Limited for the purpose of Sportsbetio.uk players on behalf of the organiser. This version is the only legal basis of the relationship between you and us and in the case of any discrepancy with respect to a translation of any kind, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
