Terms & Conditions
The competition is run by RedDigital OÜ (Sportsbet.io), a company incorporated in the Republic of Estonia with Registered Number 14628699 having its Registered Office at Veerenni 24, Tallin, Republic of Estonia. The promoter is TGP Europe Ltd (“The Promotor”), a company registered in the Isle of Man with company number 122698C and whose registered office is at 22A Castle Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2EZ.
The competition is administered and run by Sportsbet.io & the Promotor and is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Arsenal Football Club or Southampton Football Club. By entering the competition, you acknowledge that The Arsenal Football Club PLC (company number 109244) & Southampton Football Club Limited (company number 00053301) shall not have any liability to you in connection with this competition.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are aged 25 or over and are a UK resident. You also confirm that you will be available all day on Wednesday 29th March 2023, can make appropriate arrangements to travel to the location and any necessary accommodation arrangements (which shall be at the winner’s own cost) & agree to all Terms & Conditions of the competition. Winning entrants will be asked to sign and complete an imagery consent form so that imagery and video of winners can be captured. You should only enter the Competition if you are comfortable being filmed and photographed for this purpose.
- Eligibility
- The competition is open to all UK residents aged 25 or over. Proof of age will be required for winning entrants.
- By entering a competition, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete. Entrants who submit false information will have entries withdrawn.
- The Prize
- The main prize will consist of attending the Sportsbet Fun, Fast, Fair Challenge event (the “Event”) where they will meet football legends Ray Parlour & Francis Benali at Bermondsey Bierkeller, London on Wednesday 29th March 2023 (the “Main Prize”).
- There are six Main Prizes up for grabs. THREE (3) winners will be selected from the Arsenal Football Club entrants & THREE (3) winners will be selected from the Southampton Football Club entrants.
- On the day of the Event, there will be additional prizes up for grabs (“Additional Prizes”). Additional Prizes will be gained by winners from competing in three challenges on the day as stated. Winning challengers will be eligible for these prizes. All prizes will be Club themed and are set out on the landing page where the entry form is present (which is also available here www.funfastfair.co.uk).
- The Additional Prizes available will be:
- ONE (1) signed 22/23 shirt for the winner of each challenge (which shall be either an Arsenal or Southampton shirt, as chosen by the relevant winner); and
- ONE (1) replica shirt signed by the majority of the Club’s First Team for each member of the overall winning team.
- The bar-style challenges will be described on the day but are also set out and described on the landing page where the entry form is present.
- Any signed shirts offered as a prize are signed by a majority of the first team of the relevant club. Arsenal FC & Southampton FC cannot guarantee that all first team members will be able to sign memorabilia of any kind.
- Winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize. This may include travel, accommodation & any necessary travel documents, passports, insurance, and Visa’s.
- Winners are responsible for the usage of any prize provided. Prizes will not be reissued or substituted with an alternative prize if the winner is unable to make use of the prize.
- No cash alternative to any prize will be offered. Prizes are non‐refundable and non-transferable.
- Sportsbet.io reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value in the event any prize(s) become unavailable for any reason.
- Entry & Selection Process
- The entry process will be detailed via the official social media channels of Arsenal FC & Southampton FC with a link to an entry form which is also available here www.funfastfair.co.uk.
- Entrants are required to fill in an entry form with their Name, Email, Date of Birth & the club they support.
- Entrants will be able to enter the competition from 13th March 09:00 (GMT) until the closing date on 17th March 23:59 (GMT).
- Entrants will not be permitted to enter both Club competitions and are restricted to ONE (1) entry per person across both Clubs.
- If multiple entries are discovered, Sportsbet.io reserve the right to withdraw all entries from the entrant. Multiple entries are defined per person, household, mobile number, email, shared device, or IP address.
- There will be a total of SIX (6) winning entrants. THREE (3) from the Arsenal Football Club entrants & THREE (3) from the Southampton Football Club entrants.
- Winners will be selected via a random prize draw which will take place on week commencing 20th March 2023.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry during week commencing 20th March 2023. By submitting this information, you give Sportsbet.io permission to contact you via the email address provided.
- Winners will be asked to provide proof of identity in the form of a photographed photo identity document e.g. Drivers licence, Passport.
- Winning entrants will be asked to sign and complete an imagery consent form.
- Winners will need to acknowledge acceptance of prize and provide the relevant documentation within 48 hours of contact. Details of the agenda including time of arrival will be provided upon contact. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for delivery of the Prize within 48 hours, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
- Winners who are found to have gained multiple entries or have attempted to defraud Sportsbet.io by gaining entries via unfair means such as hacking and cheating will be withdrawn from the competition.
- Winners who are unable to comply with these Terms & Conditions will be withdrawn from the competition and the prize will be offered to the next eligible winning entrant.
- Sportsbet.io & the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner in the event it reasonably believes that awarding the prize to you would damage its reputation.
- Sportsbet.io’s & the Promotors decision regarding voiding or refusal of entries is final.
